In this Power Half Hour, we’ll explore the basics of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and how they help organizations track relationships with donors, volunteers, partners, and community members. We’ll look at how thoughtful data tracking can strengthen fundraising, improve communication, and support long-term impact — without getting overly technical.
